Rentalk: AI-powered WhatsApp for CRM

Made for Brazil: Rentalk is built for companies in Brazil, and its interface is available only in Portuguese (Brazil).

Who it is for: companies that sell and serve customers on WhatsApp with Rentalk and use Bitrix24 as their CRM. Bitrix24 stays the main CRM; Rentalk handles the WhatsApp conversation, with agents, chatbot flows and AI assistants, and keeps leads and deals in sync both ways.

The problem it solves: your team no longer copies data between WhatsApp and the CRM. A lead that arrives on WhatsApp shows up in Bitrix24, the lead or deal moves to the next stageon its own as the conversation goes on, and people working in Bitrix24 can read and answer conversations without switching screens.

What the app does

• Leads and deals inside the conversation: stage, responsible person, chosen fields and comments appear in the Rentalk chat. Agents can change the stage, edit fields, comment and convert a lead into a deal without leaving the conversation, and everything goes back to Bitrix24.
  
• No duplicates: conversations create leads or deals in Bitrix24, looking up the contact by phone and email first, with the source "WhatsApp (Rentalk)".
  
• Detail forms that move on their own: for each pipeline, choose the stage the details goes to when the conversation is assigned, opened and answered. The responsible person follows the agent.
  
• Timeline activity: every finished conversation becomes an activity in the lead/deal timeline, with connection, agent, period, transfers, an optional AI summary (turned on in the integration settings, requires the OpenAI integration in Rentalk) and an "Open in Rentalk" button.
  
• "WhatsApp" tab in the lead/deal timeline; in lead, deal, contact and company details: shows the customer's conversations and lets users reply right from Bitrix24, with their Rentalk permissions.
  
• Automation rules: "Send WhatsApp template" (official connection), "Start Rentalk flow" and "Transfer conversation".
  
• "WhatsApp (Rentalk)" message provider: messages sent with the Message option in the timeline go out on WhatsApp, and the delivery status comes back to Bitrix24.
  
• Safe import: run a simulation first, import the chosen pipelines, leads, deals, contacts, companies and comments, and undo it if needed.
  

How to use it

1. Install the app in your Bitrix24.
   
2. In Rentalk, open Integrations › Bitrix24, enter your Bitrix24 address and authorize (you must be a Bitrix24 administrator).
   
3. Choose the pipelines, the users, the fields shown in the chat and the automation stages.
   
4. Simulate, import and make Bitrix24 the main CRM.
   

From then on, changes made on one side reach the other within seconds.
