TwiSMS: Twilio SMS

1. Install the TwiSMS application from the marketplace.
2. You need to create a Twilio account by visiting https://www.twilio.com/ and purchase a number for sms after upgrading the account. On the Twilio main page, locate the Account SID and save it in a text file for future reference.
3. Navigate to API Keys: On the top right side of the Twilio main page, type "API Key" in the search box and click on the menu item that appears.
4. Create an API Key:
i. Click the "Create API Key" button.
ii. Enter a name for the API key and click "Create API Key" to generate it.
5. Copy the SID and Secret: Copy the keys from the "SID" and "Secret" fields and save them in a text file.
6. Ensure you have a file containing three keys by the end of these steps.
7. Sel ect the checkbox and click "Done" to finalize the API key creation.
8. Enter the three generated keys in TwiSMS and click the "Install" button.
9. You will now be redirected to the TwiSMS settings page.
10. Add a new license and select a phone number fr om the list of available numbers. You can assign the number to all users under one license or to specific agents for sending and receiving SMS.
11. Done! You can now use the TwiSMS application for outgoing and incoming SMS.
