Prepare documents and follow signatures within a CRM deal. Upload a PDF, select a deal file or use an Assinafy or Bitrix24 template. Select linked contacts, the linked company or new recipients. Choose email, WhatsApp, biometric verification or A1/A3 certificate signing; certificates require a matching CPF/CNPJ and separate sequential steps. Biometrics require a valid CPF and consent within Assinafy. Review identities, order, expiry and costs before sending.
Map dedicated fields for status, signing link, signed PDF and certificate page, and follow events in the deal timeline. Administrators can authorize a native automation rule to send on stage entry. Each user connects their workspace and uses their own CRM permissions. Download the certified PDF, PAdES for certificates, certificate page, ZIP package and activity history.
Manage contract terms, values, dates, renewal and termination in the panel, confirming each change.
The connector is free and requires an account with Assinafy, which offers free and paid plans.

Additional terms
Each request uses one plan document; additional charges depend on the plan and remaining allowance. WhatsApp costs 0.45 credits per recipient and certificates, biometrics and extra documents follow the current Assinafy cost estimate shown before confirmation. Enabling an automation rule authorizes automatic sending and the corresponding consumption.
Input PDFs up to 20 MiB, returned PDFs up to 25 MiB and ZIP bundles up to 100 MiB; one to twenty distinct signers and up to one hundred linked contacts. Assinafy templates with copy recipients are unsupported. The automation rule uses email for linked deal contacts and requires exactly one source PDF or a compatible template. Updates normally occur once per minute, subject to service availability and authorization. The app does not change deal stages. Biometric verification requires a valid CPF, the enabled account feature and consent within Assinafy; results awaiting review must be approved in Assinafy before certification. Cancellation is performed in Assinafy. Certificate requests use one signer per sequential step. Tracked contracts continue polling every fifteen minutes after signing; lifecycle events appear in the timeline. Amendments, owners, metadata and external references are managed in Assinafy.
The Assinatura Digital connector can be customer-hosted for use with Bitrix24 Cloud. That deployment requires its own HTTPS origin, MySQL 8.4 LTS database, encryption key and Bitrix24 and Assinafy OAuth registrations. The operator provides its own support channels and legal documents.
Version history
Version 3
English and Brazilian Portuguese interface, help, terms and privacy pages. Manage contract terms, renewals and termination in the CRM panel. Optional notification setup uses Assinafy OAuth and requires explicit confirmation before creating or updating this app’s webhook. Email, WhatsApp, biometric verification and A1/A3 certificate signing remain available according to the Assinafy plan. Provider retry delays persist across workers and webhook wakeups. Failed template generation is shown as a terminal status, and uncertain contract writes remain protected against duplicate changes. Automation configurations now have paginated navigation. Bitrix24 Cloud support; human support in Brazilian Portuguese.
Version 2
• Biometric signing with identity-document, face and liveness verification in Assinafy, with the signer’s consent.
• Current signing, notification and extra-document costs shown before confirmation; changed costs require a new review.
• Signed webhook notifications and tracking of identity reviews awaiting approval.
• CPF and CNPJ validation, including alphanumeric CNPJ for certificate signing.
• Email, WhatsApp and A1/A3 certificate signing remain available according to the workspace’s plan and enabled features.
