Description
CRM Health helps sales teams and CRM owners spot stalled deals, missed follow-ups, and weak data before they slow down the pipeline. It adds focused tools inside Bitrix24 to monitor pipeline health, surface items that need action, analyse deal quality, and review CRM data usage and team activity.
Why businesses use it
When deals sit too long, next steps are missing, and unused fields keep growing, it becomes harder to react quickly and trust the pipeline. CRM Health makes these issues visible in the places where sales teams already work, so managers can act faster and keep CRM data more reliable.
Business value
• Faster reaction to deals and leads that need attention now
• Clearer visibility into bottlenecks, stuck stages, and deal risks
• Cleaner CRM setup by identifying unused custom fields
• Less manual checking of deal health, follow-ups, and team activity
Common use cases
• Review a sales pipeline and see where deals are piling up or staying too long
• Find deals and leads with no recent activity, no next step, or no response
• Check an open deal for missing key data such as contact, amount, or planned action
• Analyse manager activity in CRM over a selected period
• Find unused custom fields in deals, contacts, companies, and leads and remove them in bulk
How it works
After installation, CRM Health adds separate tools to Bitrix24 CRM toolbars and a Qualification tab in the deal card. You can enable or disable each tool individually, and settings are saved per Bitrix24 account in the Bitrix24 cloud.
Requirements
• Bitrix24 plan: Standard or above (access to CRM custom fields, placements, and the task API is required)
• Permissions granted on install: CRM, Tasks, Users, Placements, App Options
• No external services or integrations required - all data stays inside your Bitrix24
• No additional software needs to be installed by the user
• Admin rights are recommended for full access to CRM Maintenance Center and HR Health modules
• The app is a hosted SaaS solution; it connects to your Bitrix24 account via OAuth and the REST API
FAQ
We lose track of deals that have gone quiet. How can we catch them faster?
Use Sales Attention Inbox. It automatically collects deals and leads based on inactivity and stagnation rules, shows the reason and priority, and lets you create a call, email, meeting, or task in one click.
How can I see if a pipeline has structural problems, not just individual bad deals?
Use Pipeline Health Monitor. It analyses open deals in a selected funnel and shows bottlenecks, stuck deal percentage, value concentration by stage, a stage breakdown, and a deal age heatmap.
Our managers open deals, but key information is often missing. Can the app show what is incomplete?
Yes. Deal Qualification Assistant adds a Qualification tab to the deal card and highlights missing contact links, missing next steps, missing amount, aging deals, and inactivity, with a health status and recommendations.
We want to clean up CRM custom fields, but we do not know which ones are unused.
CRM Maintenance Center includes a Data Quality view that finds unused custom fields across deals, contacts, companies, and leads and supports bulk deletion of selected fields.
A tool is enabled, but I do not see it in CRM. What should I do?
Refresh the Bitrix24 page. According to the manual, placements appear after the next page load.
