Additional terms
Installing the app and the Advanced Chat Management Screen are free. Paid modules (WhatsApp/Telegram connections, WhatsApp Business API, AI Agent, AI Manager Report) require a subscription to the external ChatPilot service. Every module can be tried free for 7 days; the trial starts only when "Try free for 7 days" is clicked in the app and is never charged automatically. Payment is made directly to CBN Teknoloji A.Ş.

Unlimited messages and agents. Customers in Turkey are invoiced in TRY at the CBRT rate, VAT included. Customers who buy their Bitrix24 licence from CBN Teknoloji get a special discount.
Purchase and refunds
Products are chosen in the app's Payment tab and a payment request is created with your e-mail and phone; our team contacts you for payment and invoicing. Payment is by bank transfer; credit card payment is coming soon. Once the payment is confirmed the licence is extended immediately and a Bitrix24 notification is sent. Subscriptions do not renew automatically and nothing is charged automatically.
